YAY!
no longer a burden draft..
gees. all finished n gone
im happy :)
now can talk bout what i wanna
...
not that i have anything
i wanna talk bout in particular.
-.-
why is it always like this?
coz if i had a point it'd be out already...
bleh.
EXAMS
officially started today.
tho. no exam for me today.
had a prac before you see... so yeah
havent really started but when do i'll be in deep...
the shit will hit the fan...?
:P
meanwhilst
im finding out that some online lecture notes
despite the fact that they exist.
cannot be opened by ppt after its downloaded..
ah crap. i dun wanna ilecture
i really dislike it.
grr.
looks like i really gotta turn to lectopia then
damn its gonna take EVEN longer.
sometimes you wonder what's the point of webCT
if its just gonna take forever. and on top of that..
not fully kept up to date.
HOW THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW
WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW IF THE OUTCOMES ARE INCOMPLETE!?
:)
thank you. i feel much better.
coz there's no past paper.
only 100 MCQ for the exam
and the content spans so FREAKINGLY large.
and the very last lecturer we had
always ran outta time
so went over time
so when you lectopia.. what he says gets chopped off
-.-
tho i cant complain..
it is exams after all.
and i did wag the lectures in the end.
so my fault
meanwhilst what have i done?
revive my drying out dry-ing out nail polish...
wwiiitttthhhh
nail polish remover O.o
im amazed it worked.
theory?
nail polish remover thins nail polish n eventually
with some elbow grease.. it disappears.
and well.. thinning..? dried up makes it lumpy
so un-lumpi-fy!!
yes..-.-
i am annoyed coz i cant find an alternative
to accessing lectopia without going through webct.
coz webct has decided to morph continuously
changing proportions in frame size
EVERY SINGLE TIME I CLICK A DIFFERENT LINK
which means. i cant always see all parts of the page.
hmmm...
if only they offered a 'download ALL lectures' button
maybe i shoulda started downloading all that earlier..
ah well.
better to start now than not to have started at all
just that it takes forever.
why is it...
that what seems such a big thing..
can become insignificant?
(ugh. i thought i was over this)
maybe a point to start on actually
since ive sorta run outta exam venting stuffs
but i do have a uni related one..
you know.
i actually considered since i overloaded this yr.
and it turned out not bad.. why not just transfer
n do a double degree?
bbbbbuuuuuttttttttttttt
no.. -.- my degree is antisocial
*sigh*
grrr WHY!?
hmph. not happy
the only things you can pair up with my degree?
-music
-law
-econs
-comm
the only ones you can transfer into...
-law
-econs
-commm
grrr.. no that im talented enough
to possibly transfer to music in the first place.
but ugh!
why not. like arts or like sci?
hmm.. besides the fact that
sci is already part of my degree..
but still i like sci ^^
maybe do a double sci major and my public health one..?
but no. they wont let me hmph!
they have eng/sci dont they?
that's science n science..
n i wouldnt mind doubling mine with arts either
its interesting.
maybe continue on with my phil again?
but no. -.- grr.
on the plus...
MAYBE i can go on field trip for my degree next yr ^^
yay! but its limited :( but hopefully i get to go
*sigh*
i like my degree in itself
im annoyed it cant double with anything interesting
least anything i find interesting..
mm in the end i guess its coz i can already do those units
just that i have to do them as electives.
*sigh*
ah wells.
in the end.. all i see me talking about
is ME. is that really such a bad or good thing?
meh. MY blog ^^
n thats why i love my bloggie
well probs not the actual reason.
but yes.
i dunno what im on about anymores
so i think
i shall leave it here
nite nite
*hugs*

Why Would I Run...? Why Do I Run...?
another weekend gone...
or at least at this rate going..
its sun night
*sigh*
what should i be doing ?
my molec bio lab report due on tues.
how much have i done?
...
anyways.
sitting around on a weekday evening..
i found myself watching today tonight.
not quite sure why.. i cant remember why
but i was.
what was it on about this time?
1) the great dangers of hair dying (mainly allergies mind you)
2) the use of aromatics in retail stores
3) the 'big guy' of tv advertising
talk about what made tv easy to advertise for..
there was the suggestion that people nowadays
were more willing to find an escape.
Escapism.
================================================
mm.. that was 4ish days ago...
what'd've i gotten up to as of late?
work the last few nights
and well.. on tues.. it was lab report rushing..
buttttt..
not like you care :)
our internet connection's been really crappy
and i dun even know why im talking about this..
ok.. now trying to continue on with before..
Escapism..
================================================
or.. not.
things happen i guess
hmm actually more of.. time passes...
mostly coz of procrat... sadly.
but but its my escape from study.
=================================================
hmmm -.-
i want this one over n done with
but i never get around to it..
am i even escaping the bother of having to type this?
anyways.
i dun wanna be on track with it anymore
ill just write something and post this.
ive been blog-flicking again...
tho cant really 'flick' since i dont have a remote
but 'blog-hopping'?
anyways.
over and over a number of blogs.
even mona's latest post i came across a slightly common theme..
the sort of boredom or the growing acustom to things.
things we love and enjoy
slightly begin to dull over time
just like the whole topic i did in micro last sem
about the indifference curves..
(cant believe i dug up
my micro lecture notes to find that term)
but at least its the theory i get.
the fact that the more we consume of a good
the less utility we gain from the consumption of that good
============================================================
hmm this post is being procratted alot..
and what am i doing now?
procratting study.. coz webCT is taking FOREVER to load.
yep..
waited HALF an HOUR already..
and with the email from the IT staff last week
saying that since its pre-exam week this week
its less likely to be built up.. as if...
seems more like everyone's cramming..
well cant say much.. i am too :P
============================================================
but yes.
'blog hopping' has resulted in a number of posts
relating to growing weary of things
and the fact that since the object of interest
seems to lack its once shiny appeal
the care once given to it becomes complacent
seeing things everyday.
you begin to take it for granted.
and where does your attention then turn?
to something new
some thing that has a higher value placed upon it
but will this next thing retain the same interest
or will it like the rest reach its plateau
then meet its inevitible downfall?
and like mona said..
where has the magic all gone?
the great excitement of upcoming festivities?
the eager waiting for.. counting down
just for the magic.. the happiness
but what happens to it all?
could it just be some mind thing?
the fact that our concept of time has changed?
or that things that once were trivia to us
suddenly took on a whole new dimension within our lives?
coz.. back in the day.. a prezzie was a prezzie
no economic thought behind that for example
and yet. now xmas for me at least.
goes all commercial
its a time when stores are stocked up to the brim
with shiny colourful things.. times for sales
masses of people shopping and on top of that
longer opening hours for shopping.
ho hum.
but
turn that around.
i had the best day ever today
just back to the basics
a day out then early dinner.
as a whole family together
and truthfully. just the time spent
fun ^^
things like that which used to be 'just another day'
is a day cherished
-love n cherish it while you have the chance
bleh.
dont feel like writing on this anymore.
publish!
or at least at this rate going..
its sun night

The Human Body is a Beautiful Thing... Whilst It's Alive
Hello.
Long time no see.
(apparently that phrase is of American Indian origin
according to some program on SBS
bout the origins of english that i flicked across
a few weeks ago :S)
mm make it about two weeks.
so what's up?
exams.
any more to say?
not quite atm
h bio prac exam tomorrow..
and am once again considering doing early morning cram
havent done that in a while
tho in a way
that is a good thing..
means that things arent due first thing in the morning
what's new since last time?
well last h bio prac exam
is the fact that they've opened up the
disecting rooms
YAY. study with the cadavers!
...
thats about it.
i cant think of anything else to say.
actually i do
but it touches on this forever long point-lacking post
that is segmented by the number of times ive attempted at
finishing it.. but doesnt end up getting finished
so i shall leave it till then.
oh the title?
i like the pictures in my text book more..
more than the actual cadavers.
i love my text book ^^
anyways
gonna sleep
nite
*hugs*
